Studio Manager

Locations: Works Primarily in Fairhaven - As Needed in Lynden
Commitment: Minimum of Two Years
Start Date: July or August 2019


Looking for a Studio Manager with a helpful, creative, and practical nature; a natural organizer and planner with an artistic eye, high level of detail, and business sense. Working directly with the owner, you will be accountable to train, lead, coach, and develop the CreativiTeam to meet company standards and provide excellent customer experiences.  You will be responsible for all aspects of studio management, including: day to day operations, customer service, merchandising, and marketing. Applicants should be extremely good communicators, energetic, motivated, with a hands-on, accessible management style. A high level of precision, dedication, and commitment is required.

*18+, able to work 35-40 hours/week including shifts during the day, evening, and weekends

*Two years retail or restaurant experience

*Pay Rate: $16-17/hour


Team Member/Keyholder

Locations: Positions Available in both Fairhaven & Lynden
Commitment: Minimum of One Year
Start Dates: Available in July 2019 (Lynden) or August/September 2019 (Fairhaven)

Looking for fun, friendly, and motivated people to join our CreativiTeam! Applicants should have a passion for helping others and the ability to learn quickly and work hard. Absolutely no art or ceramic experience required. 


In this position you will assist customers of all ages to create their own fired art projects in a retail studio. Responsibilities include creating exceptional customer experiences, offering instruction, teaching techniques, running birthday parties and events, beverage preparation, cleaning and restocking, as well as all opening, closing, and kiln room operations.


Applicants should be highly reliable, accountable, efficient, and detail oriented. It is necessary to learn and implement information quickly, handle stress well, and thrive in a busy, professional, creative, and challenging environment.

*Fairhaven: Must be 18+, able to work 15-25 hours/week including shifts during evenings and weekends.
